I recently stayed at a charming family-run hotel in Fes. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even repaired my duffle bag and ensured my safety when I parked in a sketchy area. The location was perfect, just outside the bustling medina but tucked away on a peaceful street. The terrace offered stunning views of the city and mountains. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. If I return to Fes, this is where I'll stay.
100% Recommend this hotel.

My weekend stay in a traditional Moroccan hotel was awesome! The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, it was a great start to the day. The rooms were decorated nicely and clean. The location of the hotel was great, situated in the old town making it easy to explore. A couple of minutes' walk and you're right in the hustle and bustle of the market. It was also great that there were plenty of places to grab some food and drink nearby.
Even though the hotel was great, there were a few issues too. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting.

The location of the property was perfect, just a few steps from the main attractions of the city center. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning on the terrace with great views.
The room we stayed in had a bad smell and was not well cleaned. the bathroom also lacked toiletries as stated.

The accommodation is situated in a great location, providing easy access to the city's attractions. the decoration of the rooms is interesting, being decorated Moroccan style. the staff is helpful and friendly, making the stay quite comfortable. the breakfast served is decent, with fresh cakes and mint tea provided by the host.
The rooms lacked comfort due to the old furniture and shabby facilities.

They spoke great English and assisted us with organizing taxi services, including a 3am pickup right at the doorstep. the location is perfect, just steps away from the medina but tucked away on a peaceful back street. the terrace provided amazing views of the city and mountains.
